o789 Terms and Conditions – Your Complete Guide to Using Pakistan's Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the o789 platform, including all services available at o789.im — sports betting, PSL betting, virtual sports, online casino, live casino, slots and all associated account management features. By registering an account on o789, you confirm that you have read these terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them in full.

o789 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the o789 platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

These terms apply to all users of o789, regardless of where they are located or which device they use to access the platform. Players who access o789 from within Pakistan are subject to all applicable Pakistani laws in addition to these platform terms.

To register an account and use the o789 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period in which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. o789 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.

Each person is permitted to hold only one account on o789. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being permanently closed and any associated balances being confiscated.

o789 may request identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or during periodic account reviews. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or any other government-issued identity document. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

All financial transactions on o789 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Pakistani Visa or Mastercard bank cards. o789 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals — the amount you enter is the amount that moves.

The minimum deposit via mobile wallet (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) is Rs 200. The minimum deposit via IBFT bank transfer is Rs 1,000. The minimum deposit via bank card is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 across all methods except IBFT, where the minimum is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money laundering compliance requirements. o789 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal pending additional verification checks where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or breach of these terms. All bets placed on o789 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published alongside individual betting markets on the platform.

A bet is accepted and binding only once it has been confirmed and a reference number has been generated in your account's bet history. o789 reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its discretion — for example where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the bet has been placed after an event has already concluded, or where o789 has reasonable grounds to suspect the bet is part of a fraudulent or collusive scheme.

• Minimum stake per bet: Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are shown on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body for each sport. For cricket, this means the result as declared by the ICC, PCB or PSL as applicable.
• If a match is abandoned without a result being achieved, bets are voided and stakes returned — subject to the specific rules for that market as shown on the platform.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed. Odds changes during the submission process are notified to the user before the bet is finalised.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to return a profit. A void in any selection typically reduces the accumulator to the remaining legs at revised odds.

Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time via video stream. Game results are final once confirmed by the dealer and the game management system. • Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account access by an unauthorised third party.

• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months — dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee after this period, as detailed in the platform's dormant account policy.

If your account is suspended for reasons other than a terms breach, any verified remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after the investigation or review is completed. If suspension results from a confirmed terms breach, o789 reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of any investigation.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the o789 platform or its content without express written permission from o789.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, o789 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including financial loss — arising from:

Nothing in these terms limits o789's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Data may be shared with licensed identity verification providers and payment processors as necessary to operate the platform.
